* Holiday and festival weekends always require a minimum of 3 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a 5 night stay.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly. Busy times include the usual holidays, the Arts Festival in April, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and the Seafood Festival in October. Rates do not include Florida 9% tax. No additional cleaning fees are charged. A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.
